I am an Expert!

Mommy keeps calling me an expert 2 year old!  

I wasn't really sure why, but here are some of the reasons she gave me:

"Constantly whining about something"

"Don't want to do anything that you are asked to do"

"Stubborn and independent"

"Observant and you do EVERYTHING that we do"

"Clingy to Mommy"

"Hate being dragged into something"

"Hate to be pushed faster than you want to go"

"Impatient"

"Talking more and more every day"

"3 word sentences are finally making their way into your vocabulary"

"Naps are almost non-existent"

"You will obey us when we tell you to do something (after asking MANY times) but you will push the limits and do everything you can possibly do in that direction except for the specific thing we told you not to!"

"So tall and so heavy"

"So good with Kyler"

"Can put your shoes on all by yourself"

"You know what you want and find different ways to try to get it"

"You are just too smart and too busy!"

I guess I am an expert!  That's me! :)

"Mickey Mickey Mickey Mickey!"v

The other day we heard Kamryn yelling "Mickey Mickey Mickey" out in the front room. Then she ran down the hall yelling "Mickey Mickey Mickey" to us.  We kept telling her "No, we're not going to watch Mickey" or distracting her with "Yes, go find your Mickey toys in your room".  She didn't ever put up a fuss but went to her room and found the toys and then to the front room and then was back saying "Mickey Mickey Mickey" to us again.  We kept giving her the same responses.

About 20 minutes later we went out to the front room to eat breakfast and found this:

Guess she knew she wanted Mickey and she got as close to watching  it as she could. (The next step was us pushing play on the remote control)! :)  Needless to say, we watched Mickey that morning!

And then I got to DRIVE!! :) (I love driving cars!)

During down time-- played with bubbles, played with Kyler, Eating snacks and Dee! (Candy)

We waited in line for a little bit and got to see a new water show--World of Color! It was very exciting!  They had a pre-show with some characters!  I recognized Tigger.  Then the water was fun to watch!

We watched another show called "Drawn to the Magic"--I knew most of the songs they sang and then at the end Woo-y(Woody), Ci-ra,(Cinderella), and Bickey (Mickey) come out!  It was so exciting!  We watched the show twice!  The second time I really wanted to give bickey a hug...but he was too far away!

After the show we got to meet Woo-y and Ci-ra.  Then we went to a different part of the park to go see bickey.  I got to give him a hug! :)

My very very favorite rides were the fishes and the horses!

We met even more characters too!  I saw Tigger and Pooh and Belle and Tiana (I don't know who she is though) and Ariel! (She was my favorite!)  I also saw Sleeping Beauty and Snow White!

We also saw Pluto.  He played hide and seek with me! It was funny!

It was so much fun! I cannot wait to go back again! :)

It's summer time!

Summertime and we are living it up! :)

First swim of the summer was with my friend, Cassie.  Water was cold but it was still very fun!

I still love to swing and slide at Grammy's house.  It's even better when Grammy will come out with me!

And the deck at Grammy's is the perfect climbing gym!

Or the grass is fun too!

Other things I LOVE to do right now:

Jump/bounce on my bed

Baths!

(Especially in GIANT bathtubs!  (First one was at Grammy's, 2nd one was in Ohio)

Playing with Mommy's hair

Eating Sweets!!  (frosting, candy, cookies, cake, anything!) :)  (don't worry...I still like other food too but I've just recently figured out how GOOD sugar is!) :)

I was helping Aunt Tami frost Aunt Kylie's "Welcome home" cake!

I am talking lots more these days!  Finally I'm  figuring out how to say more than "this" to name things.  My favorite word to shout all day long around the house is "Mama! Mama! Mama!" 

My favorite game right now is Ring around the Rosies.  I will play it with just about anyone who will do it with me.  I always have to beg before anyone will do it with me though!  Luckily I'm persistent! :)

My favorite movie right now is  the Princess Sing Along songs!  Music, princesses, dancing...how could anyone not love it!? :)

My favorite toys right now are my Disney Figurine Character sets.  Especially the people who I can make dance around the room  with me.

I love to sit on the potty every time Mommy or Daddy change my diaper.  I don't really get what Mom and Dad are trying to get me to do, but I know it's a good thing to sit up there.  Mommy showed  me a new movie about going potty today--it is SO cool!  I watched it 5 times in a row! :)

Everyone who sees me these days says I look like "Boo" on Monster's Inc.  I don't know what they are talking about because I've never seen that movie---but I think they are saying I'm cute and Mommy seems happy with it...so I'm  happy with it! :)

 I love to pick and smell flowers!

First scraped knees happened just a couple of weeks ago. I fell while running on the sidewalk 3 times!  The first time, I didn't even notice until Mommy and Daddy were cleaning up the blood.  Then the other 2 times really hurt when I scraped open the first scabs.  ouch!  Whenever I see my knees now, I point to them and say "ouch"!

I am a CLIMBER!  I love it!

AND I turn 2 in just over a month!  Yay! Another birthday! :)
