The Disney Store

Daddy, Mama and I went to Downtown Disney today for a little 'outing' while the rest of Mama's family are at Magic Mountain today. We went originally to get a gift for one of my aunts and uncles, but then HAD to stop in the "World of Disney Store" just because we were already there!

IT WAS HUGE AND IT WAS FULL OF MICKEY MOUSES!!! They were EVERYWHERE! It was like heaven!

I ran to one stand of 10" Mickey plushes, grabbed one and hugged it. Then I turned around and saw another stand of 10" Minnie plushes, so I dropped Mickey, grabbed a Minnie and hugged her! Then I turned around and saw some plastic Minnie and Mickey figures, so I dropped the Minnie in my hands and ran to touch that! I couldn't pull it down, unfortunately, so I looked at mom who had picked up the stuffed animals, and grabbed both Minnie and Mickey from her!

As we made our way deeper into the store, I found a wall of stuffed animals! There were BIGGER Mickeys and BIGGER Minnies and Tiggers and Winnie the Poohs and... wow! I couldn't grab them all as fast as I wanted to! :)

Mama and Daddy kept laughing and laughing. They could hardly control themselves. I heard Daddy ask Mama if this was as good as actually going to Disneyland, and she nodded "yes". I'm glad I could do that for my mom! :) (However, she was upset that she didn't have her camera...)

As I wandered and touched everything I could see, I finally decided that the 18" Mickey Mouse plush was my favorite. He was just my size. I was happy to follow mama and daddy into other sections of the store, if I had Mickey in hand!

However, browsing took a little too long, and soon enough, I forgot all about the Mickeys and Minnies. I was too too tired. It was time to leave... so we said goodbye to Mickey and headed home.

What a fun vacation! :)

One Year Later!

So, mommy has sorta given up on this blog as I've gotten older. Cute idea, but now our lives are SO intertwined that there isn't much to say between here and her blog! However... maybe I will keep it up more now...since my "Baby book: 1 year of me" is completed now... I need SOMEWHERE to write all my experiences! So ... here's to trying to start this blog again! :)

Today I slept in till 10! (because Mommy Daddy and I didn't get to bed till 10:30...oops!) :) I got up, ate fruit loops and fruit snacks and a banana. Mommy had to get some other things done while I ate, so she turned on Playhouse Disney for me! My favorite show these days is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse... but unfortunately we missed it this morning because it is on at 9:30 every day. Dang! hopefully I'll be awake for it tomorrow! The Hot Dog Dance is my FAVORITE!! (click to watch it!)

It snowed last night and was still snowing this morning. Mommy and I went out to play in it, but we didn't last long because we were both in pajamas and I don't own boots yet! (Note to mom: buy Kamryn boots! lol) I was entranced with the snow coming down. I wasn't interested in touching the snowball mom picked up at all though!

Bathtime is still a favorite pasttime of mine. Mommy asked me after we came inside, "Kamryn, do you want to go take a bath?" I went straight to the bathtub and tried to climb in with my PJ's still on! Mommy takes WAY too long to get everything ready for a bath (diaper, clothes, towel, toys, etc.)

Now it is naptime...ah! What a morning! :)
